Cash My Guns is a great place to sell your firearm. I almost never write reviews, but this place is definitely worth considering. I checked with several other online businesses to sell an inherited firearm, and Cash My Guns made the best, and fair offer for what I was selling. They laid out the very simple process for shipping, and the bill of sale and funding was very fast. I highly recommend them, and will likely use them again in the future.I checked around on some forums and such and people were skeptical of Cash My Guns because they are online (I guess), but it's a legitimate FFL. Again, the process was very easy and very fast.

Beware! I sent closeup photos and a video showing markings and identifying numbers of inherited firearms that I wanted to sell and received an offer lower than what I received from another company. I took Dunlap’s (aka Cash My Guns) offer due to convenience and a promised quick turn around on payment. Upon receiving my items however, although Dunlap’s reported that I packed the guns well and all were in overall good condition, the “experts” advised they made a mistake identifying one of the guns and lowered my already low offer an additional $120. Dunlap’s then reminded me that I would have to pay for shipping the guns to a nearby licensed firearm dealer and pay transfer fee if I decided NOT to accept the new lower offer. I’m not impressed with this tactic and wonder how often they do this to others. On their website they claim 1% of the time, very rarely, a new evaluation may happen upon receipt of the items. Reputable companies would not penalize the customer for their mistake, this feels like a bully tactic.

CashMyGuns stayed in touch with me throughout the process and money was received promptly. The only problem I had was finding a small but long box to ship the guns in. A cut up TV box worked.Have dealt with CMG twice now and again they stayed in touch throughout the process and made a good offer on gun and ammo.

Cash My Guns deserves a 10 Star Rating! I had two Long Guns to sell and had no luck driving all over town talking to local dealers. I then submitted photographs and information to three different online sites that purchase firearms. One repeatedly asked me to submit the information that I had already sent, another was not interested in one of the firearms and the third was Cash My Guns. I am editing a previous review. Please read! I had written a bad review due to delays in payment. It turned out the problem was my bank. I called them and told them and I have never known a company to go so far to help me. I had everyone at cashmyguns going to battle for me. I had 3 people on conference call doing everything they could for me. Never seen anything like it. These people are genuine and really will go extra 10 miles to assure positive experience. Responded quickly to my offer of a DP 12 shotgun equipped with the works 2 package(a 2000$ firearm new with all the upgrades from the site, but used about 1000$ to 600$) so I will at least give them credit on that, however what they were offering was so beneath the actual market value. Went to my local pawn shop and sold it for 800$ and 2 boxes of ammo for one of my rifles instead of the 375$ CMG offered me. I understand as a company the intent is to make profit but to not only lie but also attempt to rip people off like that isnt a good look. Consult with your local pawn shops first before you utilize this company to find out on average what your firearm is worth. You work too hard for your money to let it go for far less than what its worth!
