With years of experience in the firearms industry, Patrick has developed a deep understanding of firearm values, acquisitions, consignments, shipping, compliance, and—most importantly—customer service. He believes selling a firearm should be straightforward, professional, and handled with the same level of care whether someone is selling a single family firearm or an entire collection.
Behind the scenes, Patrick is focused on building systems that make the company better: improving processes, developing employees, solving problems, and making sure customers are treated fairly and kept informed from beginning to end. His leadership philosophy is simple—set high standards, take care of your people, and never ask someone to do something you wouldn’t do yourself.
Away from work, Patrick is equally committed to faith, family, fitness, and his dogs. He’s also a lifelong KISS fan, appreciates a well-made Beretta, trusts Glock when reliability matters, and has a few good firearm-industry stories—including the time he met Mrs. Glock.
