Can I get my firearm back after shipping it to you?

By shipping us a firearm, sellers are agreeing to the price offered by CashMyGuns.com. We do our best to be accommodating if things change, and sellers decide to cancel the process. In that event, we can ship a seller’s gun back. However, by law, we have to ship the gun(s) to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder of the seller’s choice. The dealer will then legally transfer the gun back. Sellers are responsible for shipping and transfer fees associated in accordance to State’s laws and/or FFL dealer policies.
