1. Payment and Transaction Process
APayment Method and Timing
All amounts are paid by company check or electronic transfer by D4 Media Corp (doing business as CashMyGuns.com) and mailed to the address you provide during the quote process. Payment typically takes one business day from the date your firearms arrive and are inspected at our facility, unless we need to speak with you directly about your offer. No offer is binding until we receive and examine your firearms.
BShipping Requirements
You agree to ship your firearms within 7 days of receiving your prepaid shipping label and/or shipping kit. If shipping is delayed past 7 days, your cash offer may be subject to adjustment or change.
CLegal Ownership Certification
By agreeing to these terms and shipping your firearm(s) to us, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and the legal owner of the firearm(s) that you send.

2. Firearm Evaluation and Purchase Process
AInitial Price Quotes
All initial firearm prices presented on the website are pending our evaluation of your firearm(s). No binding price offer is made until we have had a chance to inspect the firearms you send to us. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any firearm for any reason we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate.
BFirearm Valuation Process
We determine the value of your firearm based on our systematic analysis and current marketplace values. Factors considered include:
- Age of the firearm
- Manufacturer and model
- Wear and tear condition
- Usability and intact nature
- Resale value and repair costs
If we decide not to purchase the firearm, you will be given the option of allowing us to recycle it or ship it back to you, but you will not receive any payment.
CShipping and Insurance
You must appropriately package the firearm you send us to protect it during shipping. The risk of loss or damage while being shipped to us and returned to you (if applicable) is covered by our insurance policy. However, you are solely responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging.
DContractual Agreement
Should you be given a price via our website and we agree to pay you that quoted amount upon inspection, you are contractually bound to sell us the firearm for the price quoted once you have shipped the firearm to us.
FRevised Offers
Should we decide to offer you a different price than originally quoted upon inspection, you will have 7 days to either accept or reject that new price quote. We will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email during this period. If no contact is made after 7 days, we will issue payment for the amount indicated in the email and mail it to your indicated address. Once payment has been issued, no revisions or exceptions will be made.
3. Legal Requirements and Restrictions
GLawful Sales Only
You must own the right, title and all legal interest in the firearm(s) you send us. Your sale and shipment must not violate any law, regulation or statute of any jurisdiction. Requirements include:
- Must not unlawfully transfer intellectual property rights
- Item must be free of all legal restrictions
- Must not violate export laws or restrictions
- Item cannot be counterfeited, stolen, or contain harmful content
Legal Protection: You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any loss, including fees, costs, judgments, and attorney’s fees, arising from any legal action if you violate these terms.
HReturn Limitations
Under certain limited circumstances beyond our control, we may not be able to return your item. You agree to hold us harmless from any loss regarding our failure to return your firearm when outside of our control.
ITitle Transfer and Payment
Legal title and transfer of your firearm passes to us when we agree to pay you the quoted amount or you agree to accept a different offer. All firearm purchase decisions and dollar amounts are final. Any cash offer we make is non-transferable and expires if not accepted in a timely manner.
JError Resolution
Should we make a material error in any representation, your sole recourse is to request the return of your item. This ability lapses upon your receipt of payment. Federal Law prohibits mailing firearms to non-licensees; any returned firearms must be sent to an FFL dealer in your State of residence. FFL transfer costs will be at your expense.
4. General Legal Terms
AComplete Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Our website may contain errors, and we reserve the right to correct any errors. No waiver regarding any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
BModifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Nevada Law. Any legal action must be filed in state or federal court located in Reno, Nevada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
