Admittedly, I was skeptical at first, but my expectations were blown completely out of the water!! If you have firearms to sell look no further! They made the entire process super easy. They were extremely responsive (even during Christmas Eve!) and always Communicate communicated very clearly thoroughly and respectfully — which was really helpful for a beginner like me!! The process is straightforward: submit a quote request, receive an offer, accept the offer, ship with the provided and insured shipping label (you must provide the box), and receive payment. The flow of the process is manual versus other companies that provide the same service; email receipt and response vs. all online. However, the results are the same and receiving the payment takes approximately the same time, if not a day or two faster in some cases. Use the direct deposit option to receive your payment in under 3 business days (my experience). Also, they are willing to negotiate the offer amount depending on the firearm or offer an alternative consigment option.

I agreed and that same day had documents to include with what i was sending as well as shipping labels for every box being sent. I just had to box it up-hardest part of whole process was trying not to go over 35 pounds her box.
